The Chief Operations Officer (COO) manages daily operations, oversees and ensures that business, finance, information technology, human resources, facilities, food services, communications, transportation, and operations are well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. Works closely with the organization’s backoffice provider to support business management services. Facilitates and guides organization operations according to established policies and vision. Serves as a member of the Executive Director's cabinet and functions as the organization's operating officer.
