Director - Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations
The Director - Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, grounds upkeep, and operations within the district. This role involves planning, evaluating, developing, and implementing services to ensure compliance with established guidelines. The Director manages daily work activities, trains and evaluates staff, and conducts weekly safety meetings to promote adherence to safety practices.
