JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services or designee, this position supports the management and oversight of all activities related to bond related new and existing facility construction and modernization projects. The role also assists in developing project plans and bid documents for Bond Projects. Additionally, the position supports the training, supervision, direction, and evaluation of maintenance, operations, and facilities personnel performing bond related work.

Education and Experience:
Any combination equivalent to: four years of college/university study or military training in facilities, planning, architecture, engineering, or related field and six years of increasingly responsible experience in industrial management, building construction, maintenance work, or a related field, including two years of supervisory and management experience.
Licenses and other Requirements:
Degree/Certification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture preferred
Possession of a valid and appropriate California driver’s license.
