Under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services, plans, organizes, and directs the maintenance, operations, repair and/or alteration of district buildings, grounds and equipment. Coordinates with school site Principals in the provision of custodial services. The employee in this classification receives general direction within a broad framework of overall objectives. This job class requires a high level of organizational and building trades' skills as well as the ability to function while exercising a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.
