Antioch Unified School District (District) is seeking an Associate Superintendent—Human Resources.

The District is comprised of 13 elementary schools, a K-8 school, 4 middle schools, 3 high schools, and 8 alternate education schools with approximately 15,527 students enrolled.
The District has a General Fund budget of $330 million and is also supported by a bond.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree; graduate study work in HR, public administration, or related field is preferred
- Five years of increasingly responsible HR experience, including work with certificated personnel functions and labor negotiations
- Three years in an administrative capacity at the K-12 level
- Valid administrative services credential
