The Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources is directly responsible to the Superintendent and is accountable for the management of the Human Resources Department; providing leadership to District employees in all areas of personnel management; is responsible for the recruitment and retention of highly certificated and classified employees in support of student achievement; is responsible for the design, improvement, and implementation of the District's certificated, classified, confidential and administrative personnel services; assures that personnel services and procedures are performed effectively and accurately according to Federal and State laws.
