Manager of Accounting & Payroll
Basic Function: Under the supervision of the Director of Budget & Accounting, this position performs a variety of complex and technical accounting functions related to the preparation, maintenance and review of payroll, accounting, cash flow, and budgeting. Prepares and processes regular and supplemental payrolls, and accurately verify and update records with respect to payroll data. This position provides assistance in preparation of the District budgets and multi-year projections; provide technical work direction and assistance to assigned accounting functions; perform specialized and responsible duties in support of Fiscal Services functions and procedures; perform a variety of other duties relative to assigned area of responsibility.
