The Chief Business Officer should be qualified personally and professionally by training and experience to provide leadership in business services and fiscal management. The CBO must have knowledge of and the ability to implement principles of financial record-keeping at the highest level. The CBO shall plan, organize, direct, supervise, control, and manage the activities and operation of the business office in the areas of budget development, budget control, income, accounting maintenance, record keeping, food service, and other related duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
