DEFINITION Under general direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, to plan, organize, manage and participate in the accounting, budgeting and fiscal record management and reporting activities and functions; to supervise, review and evaluate the performance of accounting and purchasing personnel; to perform the more technical and specialized accounting, budgeting and financial record management and reporting functions; and to do other related work as required.
