General Purpose Under general supervision, performs responsible procurement and contract administration activities associated with the purchase, delivery and quality of instructional and non-instructional materials, supplies, equipment and services; reviews a wide range of purchase requisitions, researches vendors and pricing, and prepares bid specifications, requests for proposals and other vendor solicitations; issues bid requests and reviews quotations; creates purchase orders; develops and administers contracts for construction, consulting, administrative services, supplies and equipment; and performs related duties as assigned.
