High Tech High (HTH) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer.
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Executive Team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a critical role in the overall strategic management of three HTH organizations, comprising of the charter organization of nonprofit HTH schools, the HTH Graduate School of Education, and HTH Foundation.
HTH serves approximately 6,300 students in 16 schools (grades K–12). HTH has a General Fund operating budget of approximately $70 million.

Qualifications:
BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
MBA and/or CPA preferred
A minimum of five years of financial and operations management with a school district, charter management organization, nonprofit, major company or division of a large corporation, including progressive senior responsibility in developing and building out financial reporting structures
Experience in a not-for-profit environment is preferred
Experience with California Education Code and federal and state regulations
Experience with public finance transactions
