Supervisory or Clerical – Accounting, Supervisory or Clerical – Chief Business Officer (CBO), Supervisory or Clerical – Child Nutrition
Under the direction of the Director of Nutrition Services, schedule, plan, organize, coordinate, implement functions to enhance and secure departmental financial stability; maintain and expand outside contracts, secure grants, monitor site participation, oversee and participate in accounting, payroll, and processing of meal applications functions; ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations that apply to Child Nutrition Programs; monitor departmental information management systems.
The District Classified application, supplemental questionnaire and copy of college degree/or transcripts must be submitted to the Personnel Commission Office by August 13, 2019, 4:30 P.M.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: This is an OPEN recruitment to establish an eligibility list and fill a vacancy. The eligibility list will be used to fill vacancies which may occur during the life of the eligibility list.
This position is full-time, 12 months per year.
The recruitment process will consist of an evaluation of the submitted supplemental application and an oral technical interview which is tentatively scheduled during the week of August 19 - 23, 2019. Qualified applicants will be notified by phone or email.
Any combination equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field; Master's degree in any of the above-mentioned fields is desirable. Additionally, three years of technical finance experience is required and a minimum of one year of supervisory experience. A Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field may be substituted for the required experience.
