The Assistant Superintendent, Operations, reports to the Superintendent or designee and assumes responsibility for the operational functions of the District and directs and coordinates the activities of the Business Services Division. In addition, the Assistant Superintendent, Operations, actualizes the goals of the Board of Trustees and the Superintendent of Schools through area-wide planning, direction, program initiatives, benchmarking, and continuous improvement. They interpret, recommend, and apply policies and regulations for the District.
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
Site or district administrative experience
Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred
Completion of a school management program such as University of Southern California, CASBO, or ACSA academies is preferred
