Under general administrative direction, it is the role of the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources senior management position to serve in the absence of the Superintendent as the chief administrative officer of the District; to plan, organize, and administer the human resources and employee-employer relations functions of the District; and to administer and coordinate the Division of Human Resources.
