The Glendale Unified School District is seeking a Chief Business and Financial Officer. This senior management cabinet-level position works under the administrative direction of the Superintendent.
The starting annual salary is $193,926. The District also provides a highly competitive fringe benefit package. A three-year contract will be considered.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The successful candidate will plan, direct, and supervise business, financial, and operational services of the Division of Business Services and coordinate these services with the personnel instructional programs and other services of the District.
The ideal candidate must possess an in-depth knowledge of school business and fiscal services, including budget development, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, auditing, collective bargaining, facility maintenance, warehousing; and should have general experience in school facility construction. The candidate is required to have solid communication skills and a demonstrated ability to write and verbally present clear and concise management, financial, and related reports.
